Staker.app is awesome. Made by Hexicans, for Hexicans. Checking your phone to see when your stakes are ending, how much you have and generally how your portfolio in the ecosystem looks is such a valuable app to have in your pocket.

However, after using it for a while and catching myself looking for feature X and Y, I wanted to share where things could go from here. Some of these things are obvious and some may surprise you, so lets get into it.

First, support for fiat on-ramps. Even Richard has acknowledged that’s the next killer feature for HEX and the Pulse products: people need to go to an exchange, get ETH and then turn it into HEX. Most retail investors don’t know and aren’t interested in doing anything past the getting ETH part. A small percentage of people have even heard of Uniswap, let alone know how to install Metamask and use it. We need the process of acquiring HEX and Pulse/X to be frictionless. Integration on Staker would make this happen!

Next, where is support for Pulse products? Sure, mainnet isn’t here yet, but at least a placeholder? Free advertising for the next big thing for months before it launches is a easy one. We can assume there’s already a branch of development that includes this support, unreleased until mainnet launches, but it would be nice to see it earlier rather than later.

Now lets get into the other stuff. Where’s the daily or weekly lottery? Gamification? Hedron support? The ecosystem is going to grow a ton in 2022 and Staker needs to be prepared to cater to all Hexicans and Pulsicans needs. We need more than a slick app to check our HEX stakes. Telegram support or messaging built in? This app could be so much more. I don’t want to sound ungrateful and of course it’s early, but whew there is a ton more we can do here.

I’ll round it off with charts! Staker could replace the HODL app easily. Ok, one more thing: a marketcap index would be amazing, especially when Pulse launches and we need a legit source of truth. Until then, Staker is what we have and I sure appreciate the time and effort that those folks have put into making our community better. We will continue to grow and the metrics show the last stop is the moon. Elon, if you market sell your DOGE and come aboard we’ll even take you to Mars!
